After the meeting between the US President and Zionist Regime’s Prime Minister in Washington, the ties between the two entered a new tense phase, although both in a joint press conference announced their willingness to strengthen friendly relationships.
The nuclear deal with Iran and the process of reconciliation with Mahmoud Abbas were the two issues that both sides intentionally sufficed for general comments, and just repeated their previous point of views.
Netanyahu stressed on his intention to deploy military bases in the Golan Heights and on the issue of attacks against Israel from Syrian territories as well as transfer of armaments to Hezbollah. He had another statement in the Jewish Federations of North America where he highlighted both countries’ common views on attempts to ensure compliance of Iran with its obligations according to the nuclear deal, prevention of Iranian regional aggression and finally the fight against Iranian terrorism.
One can name some effective factors that sped up the process of detente between the USA and the Zionist regime, inter alia the role of Iran in post-nuclear deal at the regional and global level, the situation in the occupied territories and the current gap within the Jewish community in the USA.
In fact, Netanyahu was seeking to increase the US military aids up to $ 5 billion, as the main object of his visit to the USA, as Israel has decided to absorb the US consent to increase military aides in exchange of giving promises for Palestinians.
No serious change in Iran- American ties can ensure the Zionist regime that it could count on the US pressure on Iran. Therefore, it has started to create obstacles in way of implementation of the JCPOA to deepen the current mistrust between Iran and the USA.
Furthermore, another purpose of Netanyahu’s visit to the USA is to affect and influence not only the current team at the White House, but also its next residents.
